adequate stay close to paddington

cute staff nice room presentation convenient location holding charge refund process key policy

the staff were cute upon my arrival. the room presentation looked nice, and i appreciated the effort put into the folded toilet roll ends. the location was very handy, especially for accessing paddington station.

the hotel required a £100 holding charge at check-in, which i found a bit unusual. it will be refunded, but the process takes several working days. i also didn't care for leaving my room key at reception each time i went out.

central location friendly staff warm room

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to paddington station and hyde park. It made getting around simple. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. i also found the room to be warm and inviting, a welcome respite after a day of exploring.

the stairs were quite steep, and it was a bit challenging to carry my luggage up to the room.

The room was just not clean enough. dust was everywhere, especially in the shower area. It seemed like it had not been cleaned properly in ages. also, i was surprised about a £100 deposit.

fantastic central stay

excellent location warm welcome strong wifi

i have stayed at this hotel before. i knew the location was excellent for getting around. the staff offered a warm welcome. they remembered me from a previous visit . the wifi signal was really strong and reliable.

my room was very warm. i could not find a way to adjust the radiator.

The location is excellent, very close to Hyde Park and Paddington station. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The furniture was a bit dated and could use an upgrade, particularly the desk and chair.

easy walk helpful staff

i found the location quite convenient. it was an easy walk to paddington station and nearby eateries. the front desk staff were helpful with directions and local information.

the staircase to my room on the upper floor was quite steep. it was a bit difficult to manage with luggage.
